At the end of the flight, you are accompanied by the staff's all-terrain vehicles until you visit a famous winery to enjoy a rich breakfast of typical Umbrian products served  with three local wines.

Programme:

Meet at approximately 5.30 a.m. in Bevagna (PG) and departure for a hot air balloon flight over medieval villages, vineyards and olive groves from the Umbrian Valley to the Tiber Valley (flight duration, about 1 hour). At the end, with the staff's off-road vehicles, we arrive at a winery to enjoy a rich breakfast of typical Umbrian products accompanied by a tasting of three wines.

At approximately 10 a.m., transfer to the historic centre of Bevagna and walk through the medieval village, one of the most beautiful in Italy: guided tour of the circuit of mediaeval market workshops of the Mercato delle Gaite, the ancient Paper Mill, the Silk Factory, the Painter's Workshop and the Waxworks (duration, approx. 2 hours). Stop at an ancient oil mill and visit to the olive groves, view of the pressing process and light lunch with guided tasting of quality extra virgin olive oil paired with typical local products.
