The Valnerina is the valley of the Nera river that extends from its sources to the Conca Ternana. In its course it collects the waters of several rivers and torrents up to the spectacular jump of the Marmore Falls, where the Velino flows into it, overcoming a drop of 165 metres. This portion of Umbria is unspoilt nature with its parks and protected areas, ideal for sports and outdoor activities to be combined with the tasting of its genuine food and wine specialities.

Day 1
Arrival in Narni, a splendid medieval village of Roman origin. Free walk along the gorges of the River Nera, a naturalistic area of great beauty stretching from the remains of the Augustus Bridge to the evocative Borgo di Stifone, near blue springs. In the early afternoon, guided tour of the Underground City from the Convent of San Domenico to the Roman Cistern to the underground rooms used by the Inquisition Tribunal. Continuation for accommodation in a farmhouse. Welcome dinner based on typical local specialities and overnight stay.
Day 2
Breakfast at the holiday farm. Meeting with the staff for the briefing preceding the enjoyable Soft Rafting descent along one of the most naturally interesting stretches. Possibility of a picnic lunch in a dedicated area. In the afternoon, free time to visit some villages in the Valnerina Valley, which stretches from the Sibillini Mountains to the Tiber river: Arrone with its castles and Ferentillo, with the Mummy Museum and the Longobard Abbey of San Pietro in Valle. Return to the farm holiday centre and overnight stay.
Day 3
Breakfast at the farm holiday centre and checkout. Entrance to the Marmore Waterfall Park and walk along the paths to admire the beauty of the 165-metre drop. Continuation to Lake Piediluco, nestled in the Umbrian hills. Lunch overlooking the lake and boat tour with photo stops to discover its most characteristic and hidden corners.
